When reporting a complaint Chemyunion will collect the following information:

Full name and contact information
If the contact has employment with Chemyunion
Name, position and contact details of the people involved in the complaint
Description of violation of conduct and the occurrence context (date, time and location)
Questions aimed at contact

The Chemyunion reinforces that whistleblowers should carry out their reports in good faith. It is known that the reporting of false information is prohibited by law in many countries.
